Delivery Information

Currently, deliveries are only made to PostNet Branches. Please make sure there is a PostNet Branch near you for parcel collection. If you wish to select a PostNet branch other than the one closest to your given address, please make a request within the comments box upon checkout.

As the most cost effective way, at R99, parcels are delivered to your nearest PostNet Branch. Delivery is available for parcels up to 5kg. Parcels over 5kg will be charged R21.00 per kg extra and will not be dispatched before the full amount is paid. 

Once we’ve received your order, subject to availability of stock and receipt of payment, we’ll send you an email with tracking details as soon as the item has been shipped. Your order can then be tracked on the PostNet Shipment Tracking page. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once the parcel arrives, you will be notified by SMS to collect the parcel. You will require your ID/licence and the order number to complete the collection. Delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 working days dependent on your region. 

Your satisfaction is very important to us and therefore we strive to get your order processed and delivered to you as soon as possible. There are, however, certain cases where delivery takes longer than expected due to factors beyond our control. We will however keep you informed should any problems arise.

Please inspect your parcel carefully at the time of collection. If the packaging has noticeable damages, please note this on the waybill and report any damages or shortages to us immediately.  We advise you read our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information.
